GTC
§ 1 Scope of Application
(1) These GTC apply to all contracts between the provider (Jasper Brehme, Valerio Studios) and business customers (as defined in § 14 BGB) via the website https://valeriostudios.com/. Orders from consumers are excluded.
(2) The scope of services includes: Social Media Management, Content Creation, and digital marketing strategies.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The contract language is German. Offers are directed to customers worldwide but are intended only for commercial customers.
(2) The customer submits a binding offer by clicking the "Anfragen" (Inquiry) button. The contract is only concluded upon express confirmation of acceptance via email or by the commencement of the service.
§ 3 Right of Withdrawal
Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices are subject to the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
(2) Payments via advanced payment (Vorkasse) or invoice are due within 14 days.
(3) Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless timely notice of termination is provided.
§ 5 Termination
The notice period for termination is 3 months and must be submitted in writing.
§ 6 Warranty and Liability
(1) For business customers, the limitation period for warranty claims is one year.
(2) Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations or injury to life and health.
§ 7 Final Provisions
German law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's place of business (Hanover, Germany).
